Cooking & Cocktails: Feasting on Fish

Pond House Executive Chef Ani Robaina and owner Louis Lista will teach you to learn to love preparing fish! This is an interactive cooking class where you will prepare a variety of fish dishes using various cooking methods.  Ani and Louis will choose  a nice selection of wines to accompany the dishes and you will get to try everything that is prepared.  Although you won’t be preparing a full dinner,  you won’t go hungry!  It will be a fun night out and you’ll leave with some new skills and recipes to try at home!
