Pond House Liquor Policy
The Pond House is a BYOB establishment with only beer, wine and champagne allowed to be served. You, as clients have two choices on how to handle your bar service.
First, You can hire the Two Pour Guys bartending service. The Two Pour Guys will handle all your bar needs: beer, wine, sodas, juices, waters, glassware, ice, bartenders and liquor liability insurance. The advantage to hiring the Two Pour Guys to provide your bar needs is they have liquor liability insurance coverage in addition to many packages and price ranges from which to choose.
Second, you can bring in your own wine and beer. The Pond House would provide the sodas, juices, waters, glassware and ice for $2.75 per person. We would also provide qualified TIPS trained bartenders for $25 per bartender per hour. You must provide a one-day special event insurance policy from your home owners or business insurance policy.
All weekend functions (Saturdays and Sundays) taking place between
May 1st and August 31st during the hours of 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm and have over 100 guests with beer and wine being served are now required by law to have valet parking. The Pond House will contract a valet company to provide services for $6.50 per person (based on 100 people)

Together we have over 25 years of bartending and event experience and offer our services to you for any type of occasion. Along with our staff, we are licensed, T.I.P.S. certified, and fully insured. Our specialties include beverage services for weddings, catered cocktail parties, anniversaries and more. We will provide our expertise for all aspects of your party requirements.
